Delivery Information

  The current delivery rules are in effect from 01.07.2025.

1.  After you have selected the relevant product, in the "Quantity" field, select or enter the relevant desired quantity of the product and press the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your "cart" of products. You can see its contents in the upper right corner of the page and you can check it in detail at any time by entering the "Cart" menu.
2.  The next step is to either continue your shopping by ordering other products, or proceed to the order step by clicking the "Payment" button. If you want to cancel an already ordered product, you can do so by clicking the corresponding button in the row of the corresponding product from the product list in your "Cart". You can also change the quantities of any desired product.
3. After completing your shopping and clicking the "Payment" button, you need to follow the relevant steps to complete the order. If you are a legal entity and want an invoice - fill in your UIC and company name and leave a message in a comment.If you wish the delivery address to be different from the one entered for the customer, you can enter the desired delivery address. The entered Customer Data will be used for any possible invoice issuance.

5.  The next step is to choose the delivery method – the products are delivered by couriers of "E-kont Express". You can check the price for the courier service for the courier "E-kont Express" by filling in the delivery details in the fields below the list of delivery options and clicking "Calculate" (excluding discounts, if any).
6.  It remains to determine the payment method: cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods, EcontPay or advance payment by bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer is mandatory for issuing a tax invoice and for orders over 400 BGN excluding VAT. You can also add additional data or requirements for your invoice in the Comment field. If you select a bank payment method, we will send the invoice (original or pro-forma) to the e-mail address you provided or in another way agreed with you.
7. In the last stage, you can review all the entered data and if you have missed something, you can go back using the "Change" buttons and correct the necessary information. You should accept our terms of use and delivery by checking the box next to the inscription "Please read and confirm the terms of use". If all the necessary information has been entered correctly, proceed to the last step and press the "Confirm Order" button. After this moment, your order is accepted for processing.

      After processing the request on our part, our employee will contact you to confirm the order and delivery, as well as if any clarification is needed regarding an item, availability, promotions, discounts, courier, etc. After this step, we will send you the ordered products within 2 business days (unless otherwise specified during consultations with Us) from the moment of confirmation or from the moment of receipt of the bank transfer in case of payment by bank transfer. For orders placed after 4:00 PM, the processing and delivery period runs from the next business day.

      In the event that upon receipt of the products you have found visible damage or inconsistency with what you ordered, please notify us immediately no later than the next business day and the product will be replaced at our expense.

      If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new or equivalent one, with the costs of transportation to and from our office in Gorna Oryahovitsa being borne by the CUSTOMER!
